Tulips Punch Art Easter Treat

Spring is definitely in the air, and that's a great time of year for us crafty lot with Easter and Mother's Day just around the corner. Here's a super-quick and super-cute little project which is perfect as an Easter Treat.

I cut my card stock to 9" x 3" and scored it on the horizontal side at 4" from each end. I've used Pool Party as my base as it's perfect for this type of scene.

I used the Large Oval Punch to cut out 9 ovals in 3 colours. Here I've chosen (from left to right) Rose Red, Wisteria Wonder and Blushing Bride. And the grass and stems have been cut freehand with Old Olive.

Inside is a Lindt Swiss Chocolate Bunny Paw. I had to taste test one of these before including them in my project (purely for quality control purposes of course *ahem*), and can confirm that they are divine!

I then punched a hole at the top of both layers of the base card using my 1/8" Hand Held Punch, and tied together with the gorgeous Pool Party Glitter Ribbon.

The little daisy has been created with the flower punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punches Trio which is such a versatile little set - you can use the punches on almost every project you create. I finished the daisy with a Blushing Bride Candy Dot.

I got the idea for this punch art from a Stampin' Up! Stampissimo video on YouTube. It's so easy to create beautiful tulips with just a single punch.

I'd love to know what you think of this project, do feel free to leave me a comment below.

I hope you like this cute little Easter project, and thank you for visiting today.
